Description

The development office seeks to hire three part-time gift processing specialists for approximately 3-4 months, commencing in December, 2017. Projected hours will be from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. each day, but may vary depending on volume of gifts and available tasks. Position responsibilities to include the accurate identification of donors, recording of gifts in database, updating of a large centralized database with biographical information, sorting of mail, data cleanup projects and other tasks as assigned. Competencies include: attention to detail and ability to identify and reconcile discrepancies in data and records. Successful candidate will have excellent time management skills and the ability to follow written procedures accurately and consistently. A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills are required to be successful in this position.
