Description

Hospitality Services Front Desk at The Penn Stater is seeking organized and motivated individuals dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Front Desk Personnel require efficiency, attentiveness, consistency, dependability, be proactive and motivated with a cheerful and friendly attitude, with a focus on excellent customer service. Duties include: check guests into rooms using computerized software, answer telephone and relay messages, facilitate guest needs and act as information center for facility. Candidate must be able to stand for extended periods of time and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Position requires daily use of fax machine, copier, credit card and telephone equipment. Work hours are various shifts including weekends and holidays.
