Description

Hospitality Services Front Desk at the Nittany Lion Inn is seeking an organized and motivated individual dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. This position requires efficiency, attentiveness, consistency, dependability, being proactive and motivated with a cheerful and friendly attitude, and a focuses on excellent customer service. Front Desk Agents check guests into rooms, answers telephone and relays messages, facilitates guest needs by acting as an information center for facility, and uses computer equipment. Candidate must be able to stand for extended periods of time and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Front Desk Agents operate fax machine, copier, credit card and telephone equipment on a daily basis. Work hours are various shifts between 7:00 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. including weekends and holidays. Must possess good communication skills, be outgoing, and give top priority to customer satisfaction.
