Description

The Pennsylvania State University School of Music is seeking an Interim Instructor in Music Composition for Spring Semester 2018. Teaching duties include individual lessons for undergraduate composition majors and one class each in Orchestration and Electronic Music Composition. Additional duties include supervising the School of Music Recording Studio suite, and other duties based on interest and expertise. The candidate must hold a graduate degree in Music Composition (doctorate preferred), have experience in orchestration and music technology, experience working with undergraduate composers, and an active commitment to composition and teaching.
