The Creative Services division of WPSU Penn State is looking for an outstanding person to build partnerships and a client base across Penn State, as well as external corporations and organizations. WPSU Creative Services is the work for hire unit of WPSU Penn State, which provides production services primarily to Penn State clients. A strong track record and experience in consultative sales is also required. The successful candidate should enjoy prospecting, work well in a collaborative environment, and be highly motivated. You will provide strategic input into marketing and targeting initiatives to increase visibility and brand awareness. We seek candidates who are able to demonstrate experience and ability to advance Outreach's diversity initiative. This job will be filled as a level 3, or level 4, depending upon the successful candidate's competencies, education, and experience. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience for a level 3. Additional experience and/or education and competencies are required for higher level jobs. This is a fixed-term appointment funded for one year from date of hire with excellent possibility of re-funding.
