The Philosophy Department of The Pennsylvania State University invites applications for part-time lecturer positions. Part-time lecturers will teach undergraduate courses in Philosophy. A Master’s degree in a related field is required. Candidates with Ph.D. degrees in the discipline may also be assigned to teach upper level undergraduate courses. The start date for these positions is January 2018. These are one semester, non-tenure track appointments with the possibility of reappointment. Part-time lecturers normally teach one to two courses per semester.
