Description

The IIT Help Desk and AV department at Penn State Law (University Park) invites applications from Law School and School of International Affairs students for part-time (maximum 20 hours/week) wage payroll support positions for Summer 2017 and Academic Year 2017/18. Work-study preferred. Law school student applicants should have a standing of 2L or 3L during the 2017/2018 Academic Year. Preferred candidates will have customer service experience and will be responsible for assisting students, faculty, and staff with various IT problems such as email, Wi-Fi, hardware and software; maintaining PCs and printers; setting up and monitoring rooms for classes and programs.
