The Program Coordinator will lead the development and implementation of Career Services’ programs and workshops, both in person and online, as well as career modules for programs, workshops, and work conducted by Career Services staff. Innovative tools and techniques will be used to meet the needs of today’s students. The Program Coordinator will also establish and train a core group of workshop presenters in Career Services by creating and/or providing ongoing training and materials. This position will manage all processes related to career programs and workshops, including but not limited to fulfilling workshop requests and staffing programs. This position will lead and/or serve on various committees. The Program Coordinator will also assist with the delivery of Career Services’ major events, recruitment efforts, and drop-in sessions, and will teach career classes. This position will supervise a full-time Program Assistant and a part-time Program Graduate Assistant, along with other wage payroll, student, temporary employees, as needed. Typically requires a Master's degree or higher plus two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This is a fixed-term appointment funded through June 30, 2018 with excellent possibility of re-funding.
