Penn State Career Services is seeking two digital marketing student interns. Working under the supervision of the Marketing Communications Specialist, one intern will focus on content development and video production for a One Button Studio and one intern will focus on photography and digital video content, with some overlap of duties and responsibilities including participating in Career Services events and programs. Responsibilities: Develop a variety of feature videos highlighting Career Services services, resources, and events; serve as primary photographer and videographer for Career Services as needed; create an overarching video production plan and oversee implementation; organize all photographs and consent forms in a central repository; oversee implementation of a One Button Studio (OBS) at Career Services; collect all OBS video content and organize in a central repository; develop a variety of videos using OBS content for distribution across all marketing channels; develop OBS user manual and best practices; participate at events and programs performing a variety of duties, as directed. Qualifications: Applicants should demonstrate strong writing and editing skills; knowledge and experience with video creation, editing, and exporting using Adobe Creative Cloud; creativity; accuracy and attention to detail; strong organizational skills; ability to work independently and within a team while meeting established deadlines. This is a paid internship for Fall 2017-Spring 2018. Preferred start date is the week of August 21, 2017, but is negotiable. Candidates who can commit through the end of the Spring 2018 semester will be given top priority, but those with alternate availability may be considered.
