Description

The Peer Mentoring Program at Penn State Worthington Scranton helps students transition socially and academically to college life by providing a supportive network peers and professionals as well as a navigational method to help students succeed in their initial semesters. Peer Mentors offer a narrative of their college experience and problem solving strategies. They serve as role models, providing academic guidance, social navigation, and referrals to campus resources to create a positive and affirming environment. Must be a current PSU Worthington Scranton student, must maintain high academic standards, and must be sophomore standing or higher.
