Description

The Research Assistant (RA) position manages the daily running of research studies in our research lab. Duties include keeping studies running on time, launching links, re-setting computers, taking attendance, enforcing rules and coordinating extra procedures when needed for a unique study (e.g. providing additional instructions during the study, distributing extra supplies, measuring time to walk a distance, setting people up for subliminal priming studies, weighing candy, etc.). The RA works either independently or along with the researcher and will keep the lab manager updated on any issues that might occur during the course of a study. Working hours are flexible but typically work 5-10 hours a week.
