Commonwealth Campus Housing and Food Service at Penn State Harrisburg is seeking one Penn State student intern (graduate or post-graduate) with a Hospitality or Business related degree. The Housing and Food Service internship will provide an opportunity for application of knowledge acquired in the classroom while gaining meaningful professional experience. This two semester internship begins Fall 2017 and culminating Spring Semester 2018 with some negotiating on start and finish dates. The successful candidate will be paid $15.00 per hour, working a 40 hour work week not to exceed 1560 hours total, and can be provided University Housing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism; strong customer service skills, excellent writing and communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Students should have completed their degree and be starting graduate studies or be ready to enter the workforce. The candidate must commit for both the Fall and Spring Semester.
