Description

Penn State Harrisburg’s AACSB accredited School of Business Administration invites applications for a tenure-track, Assistant Professor of Management effective Fall 2017. Primary teaching areas include entrepreneurship and innovation; secondary interests in organizational behavior, leadership, and sustainability are a plus. This position involves teaching undergraduate and graduate courses (including online courses); teaching load is 3/2 the first two years, then 3/3. Commitment to effective teaching, strong publication and focused research agenda are required. Faculty are expected to maintain a high level of professional activity through scholarly research and service. Competitive candidates will have a doctorate in management or closely related field from an AACSB-accredited school; ABDs completing doctorate by August 2017 will be considered. Prior teaching, research, and professional experience are desirable. Compensation is AACSB competitive.
