The Department of Risk Management of the Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University (University Park, PA) seeks to fill a clinical appointment in Business Law for Fall 2017. The successful candidate will be hired at the Clinical Assistant Professor rank. This position is a clinical appointment with teaching responsibilities at the undergraduate and potentially MBA levels. A qualified candidate must demonstrate a high level of teaching competence and be capable of undergraduate and graduate teaching, as well as supervising graduate students. Candidates must have a J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school (granted or near completion). Candidates with a second degree in a business-related field at either the masters or undergraduate level and/or teaching experience in higher education in the field of business law are particularly encouraged to apply.
