The Department of Risk Management in the Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University (University Park, PA) invites applications for a clinical faculty position in real estate. This is a 3-year renewable, fixed-term position. Clinical faculty teach in the undergraduate and graduate programs and participate in the research mission of the department. A Ph.D. degree in real estate, economics, finance or related field is required. The appointment may be made in the ranks of professor, associate professor, or assistant professor depending on the qualification of the candidate.
